The Right Man for the Job is a Woman!
We can’t deny that historically, our industry hasn’t been a leader in diversity and inclusion.
In compliance with the BBBEE Act, Ludus is committed to promote women of colour to prominent positions to bring about change. Ludus has appointed the multi-talented Chef Ginny Nkateko Rebombo.
Ludus is proud of our diversity and inclusion efforts and accomplishments to date resulting in a Level 2, Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) contributor, an achievement which marks a significant milestone in our transformation journey.
Ginny of Flavour Favor studied the culinary arts at the University of Johannesburg's 'The Industry Connection' and graduated Cum Laude in 2005. She's worked at Emperor's Palace, Daymon World Wide and then moved to Thyme on Nicol. Just a stones throw away from The Ludus.
We are thrilled to welcome Ginny to the Ludus family and we look forward to seeing how she works that little kitchen out.
